RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Period 

 

You have 2 days from the date you receive your order confirmation to return your purchase, unless otherwise stated for certain non-returnable items listed below.  

 

Refunds 

 

  • If you return your items within the 2-day period, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the products returned. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. 
  • The refund amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days of the processed return. 

 

Conditions for Return 

 

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, please inform us within the 48 hours return period. 
     
  • Return Requirements:  Products must be returned unused and include all original packaging, price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, accessories, freebies, and any other items they were shipped with. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 
     
  • Packaging:  Please ensure that items are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. 
     

Non-Returnable Items 

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include: 

 

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and socks 
  • Perfumes, personal and beauty care products, and other consumables 
  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or are not in the same condition in which they were received 
  • Products damaged through misuse or that have incidental damage due to malfunctioning 
  • Products sold as part of a set or combination 
  • Accessories like sunglasses, belts, pouches, etc. 
  • Items purchased on sale 
     

Return Process 

 

To initiate a return, ensure the item is in the same condition you received it with all its original packaging and accompanying documents. Include the receipt or invoice provided at delivery. If the return does not comply with our policy, we reserve the right to refuse it.
